Integrative Wellness Consultations
Our Naturopathic and Kalari Ayurvedic consultations involve an in-depth analyses of your:
Current state of health
History of conditions
Prakruti / Vikruti (Ayurvedic constitutional analysis)
Then Herbal and nutritional medicines, tongue analysis, iridology, and diet/lifestyle modifications are discussed to optimise your health.
Integrative wellness packages combine naturopathic modalities with Kalari Ayurvedic Massages/Treatments that focus on balancing the body/mind/spirit while targeting trouble areas.
This synergistic approach assists in understanding and addressing the root causes of disharmony in the body and mind.
Integrated functional testing is also an option with tests such as:
Thyroid Panels and Iodine Loading tests
Digestive Stool Analysis (CDSA)
Food Allergy Testing
Hair Mineral Analysis
MTHFR gene and many more.
Attention is also given to investigation between different conditions and the energy channels, detoxification processes and ‘marma’ vital energy points. As both ancient Kalari Ayurveda and modern naturopathy consider gastrointestinal health to be at the forefront of understanding overall wellness, digestive health is a focus. While herbal and nutritional medicine, diet and lifestyle can assist in maintaining balance in the gut, Kalari treatments are effective in creating space for toxins to more efficient exit out of the body.
Physical training with Kalaripayattu Martial Arts/Kalari Yoga or basic stretching may also be combined into treatment plans depending on your health objectives.
