What's included in our Kalari Martial Arts Intensive:

• LOCATION: 3 days (3 nights) camping accommodation and training at Arisaig Wellness Retreat, Yandoit, Victoria. It's in the Hepburn Shire, just 20 minutes from Daylesford, north west Victoria. 

• ACCOMMODATION: Camping in a beautiful location in nature with shared nature friendly toilets and hot shower facilities. Bring all your own camping equipment, tent, sleeping bags etc. Please contact me ASAP if you would like to know more about this.

• TRAINING:  9 Kalaripayattu martial art and movement sessions over 3 days: Saturday, Sunday, Monday - 5-6 hours per day - Morning body movement training, Afternoon body movement and weapons training, and evening meditation/philosophy sessions. 

• AYURVEDIC FOOD and PHILOSOPHY:  Ayurvedic meals prepared with love by our Ayurvedic chef. 3 meals per day with snacks, herbal teas and fruits provided. We will also include an Ayurvedic philosophy workshop.

• MEDICINE MAKING WORKSHOP: We will be making a traditional Kalari oil in a traditional way, using herbs and specific cooking methods. You will receive a small amount to use and take home.

• MEDITATION AND PHILOSOPHY - We will be including 20- 30 mins of meditation and martial arts philosophy on most evenings of the retreat.

• FREE TIME -  You will have ample free time after training and meals to explore the grounds, spend silent time in nature for contemplation and reflection if you choose.

• Transfer/Transport to and from the retreat -Please arrange your own transfers and transport. We will share rides as much as possible. Please contact us ASAP so we can help you organise this and connect you will other students driving to the site.

*** This is a partially refundable deposit. If you cancel within 4 weeks of the start of the retreat (before 30th September we will  refund 50% of this deposit. Otherwise if within 1 month  (after 30th September) - it will not be refundable.

**** If for some reason we need to postpone the retreat, due to a natural disaster or unforeseen occurrences, we will let you know and decide on a future date. Or refund you, as you need.
