Continue to develop your physical and internal strength and discipline. The intermediate classes will help you with this, and develop to more advanced forms, mobility, flexibility and power while introducing you to the foundational and fundamental aspects of weapons training, combative forms and self defence.
What's included in the Beginners Hub:
- Join up to 3 LIVE group classes per week (and/or do the recordings)

- Unlimited access to the technique hub library with new instructional videos uploaded monthly (currently 120 + videos)
- Access to classes on demand - previous recorded classes and shorter warm ups and integrated movement sessions
- Participate in the monthly connect call philosophy/theory discussions
- You can ALSO access the Kalari portal via your phone, and use it like an app. So you can train or revise, anywhere, anytime.
- 10% off ALL Holistic Health consultations and Kalari Ayurvedic massages (access to this once you are a full member - after 7 days)
