The Kalari Portal is a unique online learning space bringing together a range of resources for all kinds of fitness, mobility and movement goals. Join us in developing your Kalari movement in a way that combines the traditional aspects of the training via online based learning. For more personal guidance with your instructor, have a look at the private mentoring options below.
If you are new to Kalari you can start as a beginner where we will cover the first forms and basic sequences, kicks, attacks and defences and a basic combative and traditional sequences. As an intermediate student you will develop all of this and start to learn more self defence, weapons and other kinds of traditional forms and practices. We train mainly in the Southern style of Kalari and incorporate Northern and other styles of Kalari as well.

Beginners Class Times: Tuesdays 6:30am- 7:30am (foundations), Saturdays 9:15am - 10:15am
Intermediate Class Times: Thursdays 6:30am - 7:30am (weapons), Saturdays 8am - 9am, and Tuesdays 6:30am - 7:30am (foundations)

The beginners classes and hub area is all about developing a deeper understanding of the foundations of Kalari practices, and developing more mobility, flexibility and strength. To get the most out of this membership join the 2 classes (live and recorded) per week as the basis of your membership, and then access the resources and videos in the technique hub to continue your practice during the week and your own time. Plus join the monthly Zoom meet ups to discuss philosophies/theory and other aspects of the training.

The Intermediate classes and hub area is all about deepening your Kalari movement practice, starting weapons and combative forms, while developing your focus and discipline. To get the most out of this membership join the 2 or 3 classes (live and recorded) per week as the basis of your membership, and then access the resources and videos in the technique hub to continue your practice during the week and your own time. Plus join the monthly Zoom meet ups to discuss philosophies/theory and other aspects of the training.

Meet your Kalari Instructor
Lalita Yagnik is a Musician, Kalari Healing practitioner, Martial Art/Yoga Instructor, and Naturopath. She is passionate about helping others develop focus, discipline and strength in mind and body. Lalita has been training with her teachers in Kerala every year since 2009.
Develop your skills in Kalari and movement with mentorship from your instructor via 1 on 1 sessions, video corrections, stay in touch via WhatsApp and work on individual movement, mobility and fitness goals.
Communicate with your instructor Lalita via WhatsApp about your training, send short videos for correction, and have a 15 min check in call each month and monitor your progress. This option is only available to new/current students that have a beginners, intermediate or kids membership.
