India is continuing to grapple with COVID-19. More than 300,000 people have died due to a coronavirus surges in India and hundreds of thousands of people are infected each day. Many are unable to get the medical help they need. Both medical staff and patient's carers are often helpless and desperately looking for help as they experiencing the devastation of seeing their parents, caregivers or co-workers fall ill or die. The Children have become the hidden victims of the pandemic losing their education, facing heightened risk of abuse or exploitation.
Kalari Healing is supporting the Atharvanic Kriya Foundation in joining local Indian charity organisations and various community support groups in relief services that provide hot meals around various hospital sites as a priority. Moreover packed grocery kits are supplied to the marginalised and low-income segment of the society comprising of daily wage workers, migrant labourers, construction site workers, and needy people at old age homes and night shelters.

Dharmikam Ashram
The Kalariyil Dharmikam Ashram is a special place, where a unique mix of martial art (Kalaripayattu), healing (Kalari Chikilsa) and spiritual traditions are practiced. It is situated in rural Kerala, south of the state's capital, Thiruvananthapuram. At the ashram, treatments, spiritual practices and martial art training are all guided by Swamiji. It is a beautifully maintained tropical haven, which makes it the perfect place to heal, meditate and nurture one's inner peace. Lalita started training at the Ashram in 2009 and visits every year for ongoing intensive training in Kalari Ayurveda and Kalaripayattu.


Swamiji, Sat Guru Hanuman Das (also known as Balachandran Nair) is the founder of the Kalariyil Dharmikam Ashram and Indian School of Martial Arts (ISMA). Swamiji in an internationally renowned martial arts warrior and healer. He is a master of Kalaripayattu and Marma Chikilsa , and is a Spiritual Guru. He has preserved the ancient traditions of Kalari and has dedicated his life to upholding the teachings in their most pristine form. His knowledge of Kalari is rich with the wisdom passed down through generations of Kalari masters.
