About Lalita Yagnik
Lalita Yagnik, originally from India, is a Thyroid Naturopath and Kalari Ayurveda Practitioner, Kalari Indian Martial Arts and Yoga Instructor with over 15 years of experience in traditional healing and bodywork. She specialises in Kalari Ayurvedic massage and Kalari treatments that address body pain, mobility, injury recovery, and preventative health.
Her journey began with yoga in India during high school, later expanding through martial arts and movement traditions across Japan (Karate) and Brazil (Capoeira and fire arts). In 2009, Lalita returned to her roots in India, immersing herself in the study of Kalari Healing, Ayurveda, and therapeutic massage practices.
Now based in Australia, Lalita continues to deepen her training annually in India with her teachers. She integrates the restorative qualities of Abhyanga (Ayurveda) with the dynamic therapeutic techniques of Kalari Uzhichil to offer a unique approach to massage that is both nurturing and healing.
Her treatments and workshops support clients in relieving pain, improving mobility, preventing injuries, and cultivating resilience for everyday life. Through her practice, Lalita blends ancient wisdom with modern wellbeing, helping others reconnect with strength, balance, and vitality.
