This page sets out the Terms and Conditions you need to be aware of when using the Kalari Healing website and services of Kalari Healing.
Clients/customers/students visiting this website, using our services or submitting a booking agree that you are over the age of 18 and are willing to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you don’t accept this agreement, you should not continue to visit this website or purchase from us.
Kalari Healing reserves the right to make changes to this website and these terms and conditions at any time.
The information contained on the Kalari Healing website is not intended as a substitute for medical advice, or medical care. If you have health concerns, contact your qualified healthcare provider for individualised advice and support.
The content of the Kalari Healing website and our memberships/portal/health programs is protected by copyright. No portion of this website may be copied or replicated in any form without the written consent of Ramona Lalita Yagnik, owner of Kalari Healing.
All teaching material, recordings and videos in the Kalari Portal are only for students and members individual learning purposes and are not to be reproduced, published or used for teaching purposes.
Class recordings are available for 7 days only post class. A new class recording link is then uploaded to the portal.
Payments for Kalari Memberships/Mentoring
All payments are directly debited monthly.
You can suspend your membership for a minimum of 1 month - please contact us in advance. If you need to suspend/cancel as you are unwell, and unable to train, please contact us.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you miss classes, or practice these are not refunded.
If our instructor is unwell/unable to run a Kalari class, a recording of a class will be uploaded in place of this. Students will be notified ASAP regarding these changes.
When you sign up for a membership you are accepting the above payment terms and agree to comply with them.
Payments/refunds for Consultations
Payment for individual naturopathic consultations and programs can be made by EFTPOS (debit/credit cards) via stripe through the online booking system.
By using our services you are not eligible for a rebate from your Private Health Fund. Please check directly with your Health Fund to determine your eligibility for rebates.
We want to be able to support you in your health and wellbeing journey. Contact us directly to discuss payment plan options.
All payments are taken when booking. If you book a program you can book and plan your ongoing sessions with Lalita on the first consult.
Kalari Healing reserves the right to change prices of all services without notice. Current customers/clients/students are notified 2 weeks prior to changes in prices.
We do not offer a refund for change of mind on consultations, health programs, nutritional supplements, Kalari training memberships or mentoring.
If you are unsatisfied with the services provided to you, contact us to discuss this and we will be happy to determine a refund.
Under the National Health Act and TGA Guidelines for safe practice and dispensing of medicines, it is illegal for a practitioner to re-dispense medicine that has already been dispensed to another patient.
Kalari Healing has a busy clinic/training schedule. We understand that life can also be unpredictable and busy. If for some reason you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, I require 24 hours notice otherwise you will be billed 50% of the consult fee for the missed appointment. This, in consideration for others, allows me to schedule in patients from my waiting list. No shows are charged the full fee.
Naturopathic Testing & Functional Pathology
Testing is all outsourced to external laboratories. We will support you in recommending specific testing, and payment for services is taken when you have made an order. The businesses and laboratories have their own shipping costs which you will be notified with when you make an order.
We use drop shipping for providing you with high quality natural medicines and supplements. We will support you by recommending specific products and payment for services is taken when you have made an order. If you have any issue or complaint arising out of your use of this website or these terms and conditions, you and Kalari Healing agree to make a genuine effort to resolve the dispute through negotiation and discussion.
The best way to contact Kalari Healing is via email or telephone, during business hours 9am – 5pm. If we are consulting with patients or teaching classes, we will respond to you as soon as possible.
